Two Injured in Estate Glynn Shooting, VIPD Says

Two people were injured in a shooting at a service-station parking lot in Estate Glynn on St. Croix on July 24, according to the Virgin Islands Police Department.
The VIPD said its 911 Emergency Call Center received a report at 12:45 p.m. Officers who responded found a man and a woman inside a black SUV with gunshot wounds.
The man was transported to Juan F. Luis Hospital in critical condition after suffering a gunshot wound to the head, police said. The woman was grazed by a bullet and sustained injuries described as non-life-threatening.
The Criminal Investigation Bureau is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call 911, the bureau at 340-778-2211, or Crime Stoppers VI at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
