V.I. Department of Justice Remembers Former Chief Deputy Attorney General Joseph Ponteen
The U.S. Virgin Islands has lost one of its longest-serving legal figures. Joseph Nathaniel Ponteen, who spent more than 40 years working in the territory's justice system and rose to become Chief Deputy Attorney General, has died, the Virgin Islands Department of Justice announced this week.
